TECHNOLOGY TIME

Learners at Nea have Tech Time once a week for one hour from Kindergarten to 5th grade. Tech takes place in the learners' homeroom classroom in the afternoon. Each learner gets their own computer during tech from a shared cart of chromebooks or iPads.

Tech is an opportunity for learners to EMPOWER themselves and learn what it means to use computers and the internet safely. It's also a time to GROW academic skills and enhance learning. Additionally, tech is a time to EXPLORE educational tools and use resources effectively.
